Employment Services

NCTC offers Licensed Employment Services to eligible individuals who have a desire to gain employment in the community. NCTC staff provide training and support in the areas of job preferences, skill assessment, resume development, filling out applications, securing a job, and maintaining a job.

NCTC has a contract with Kansas Vocational Rehabilitation Services to provide employment support to individulas who are still in school and/or who otherwise do not qualify for NCTC services.
